Limitation of Liability

AGROBASE-LOGIGRAM exercises due care and skill in the preparation of the data but makes no claim that it is free of error or misinterpretation of the original Data.

AGROBASE-LOGIGRAM does not accept any liability to the Customer or any other person for the consequences of any decision or action taken (or which any person refrains from taking) in reliance on the Data nor shall AGROBASE-LOGIGRAM be liable for any loss of profit or special incidental or consequential damages of any similar claim, even if AGROBASE-LOGIGRAM has been notified of the possibility of such loss or damages.

If and so far as AGROBASE-LOGIGRAM is liable to the Customer or to any other person as a result of any supply of the Data, the extent of AGROBASE-LOGIGRAM’s liability shall not exceed the amount of the price paid by the Customer under the contract pursuant to which the relevant supply of the Data was made.
